BUSINESS MEDIATION
For businesses, shareholders, employers and business partners
Business conflicts can quickly affect decision-making, relationships and the future of an organisation. I provide independent and confidential mediation for business owners, shareholders, directors, employers, executives and business partners.
This includes commercial and shareholder disputes, as well as employment and workplace conflicts between employers and employees.
BUSINESS & EMPLOYMENT DISPUTES I WORK WITH
shareholders and business partners;
boards and management;
employers and employees;
executives and organisations;
joint ventures and strategic partnerships;
long-term commercial relationships;
professional partnerships;
disagreements around ownership, governance or strategy;
business separations, employment disputes and exits.
RESOLVING THE CONFLICT — WITHOUT LOSING SIGHT OF THE BUSINESS
Business and employment disputes are rarely only about contracts or legal positions. They often involve trust, communication, different expectations and the future of the relationship.
Mediation creates a confidential setting to address both the practical interests and the underlying issues — whether the aim is to restore the working or business relationship, reach new agreements, or find a workable way to separate.
EMPLOYMENT & WORKPLACE MEDIATION
I also mediate conflicts between employers and employees, including executives and senior professionals.
These may involve a breakdown in the working relationship, communication or performance issues, changes in responsibilities, or discussions about whether and how the employment relationship should continue.
As mediator, I do not provide employment-law advice. Parties can involve their own legal advisers where necessary, while I remain independent and facilitate the conversation and negotiations.
BUSINESS & LEGAL EXPERIENCE
I am an MfN-registered mediator, former corporate lawyer and executive coach, with more than twenty years of experience in international business environments.
This allows me to understand the commercial and legal context of a dispute, while also addressing the human dynamics that often determine whether a conflict can actually be resolved.
A CONFIDENTIAL FIRST CONVERSATION
You may not yet know whether mediation is the right next step.
You are welcome to contact me first to discuss the situation confidentially and without obligation.
