ROBERT DE WILDE
Robert de Wilde is an MfN-registered mediator based in Amsterdam, specialising in business mediation and conflict within organisations.
Robert is a former corporate lawyer (Amsterdam and the Netherlands Antilles), in-house legal counsel and executive coach. Before becoming a mediator, he spent more than twenty years working as a lawyer and corporate legal counsel in international business environments, particularly in finance and technology. His work involved negotiations, complex commercial matters and the prevention and resolution of disputes.
He mediates conflicts between business owners, founders, shareholders, investors, directors, executives and business partners, as well as employment and workplace conflicts within organisations.
As a mediator, Robert does not take sides or provide legal advice. He creates an independent and confidential setting in which parties can address the underlying issues and explore what is needed to move forward — whether together or separately.
Robert works in Dutch and English, in Amsterdam and throughout the Netherlands, as well as online with international clients.
